Development of an interactive investment map of the general plan of Temirtau city and Aktau settlement
As part of the project, a geoinformation database was created reflecting the current state of development in Temirtau and Aktau. It includes key thematic layers:
- administrative and territorial boundaries,
- street and road network with names,
- boundaries of residential areas,
- buildings and structures with an address link,
- hydrography objects,
- elements of landscaping and landscaping,
- railway infrastructure.
In parallel, a geoinformation database of urban planning projects has been prepared, based on the materials of the current master plan and detailed planning projects. This database includes:
- projected capital construction facilities,
- planning restrictions,
- functional zoning of the territory with established urban planning regulations.
In the process of updating electronic maps, a number of significant changes have been made to bring the data in line with the current state of the territories. In particular, new and under construction buildings have been added, objects that have not been confirmed by the results of decryption of remote sensing data have been removed, as well as the geometry of the road network, hydrographic facilities and recreational areas have been clarified. In addition, the address system is aligned with the data of the address register of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The created interactive investment map of the general plan of Temirtau and Aktau is available on the Internet around the clock (24/7), providing users with convenient access to information about urban infrastructure, land resources and prospects for the development of territories. The map is implemented in the state and Russian languages, which makes it accessible to a wide audience.
For the convenience of users, the system provides symbols for thematic layers, as well as a set of tools for working with cartographic data. This makes it possible to effectively use the resource for specialists in urban planning, architecture and ecology, as well as for business representatives and the public, providing access to up-to-date and reliable geographic information.
